The new design scheme is adopted, and the circuit design does not require electrolytic capacitors and tantalum capacitors (electrolytic capacitors have a short life, and tantalum capacitors are at risk of explosion). Three large-size solid ceramic capacitors (MCC) used in high-end circuits are used.
The ripple is very low, 12V to 5V 3A is only about 10 millivolts, and many peers have ripples of 500 millivolts or more, which will cause invisible damage to the equipment, and seriously cause abnormal operation or damage of the equipment.
The new scheme adopts synchronous rectification, and the circuit conversion efficiency is very high. When 6.5V is converted to 5V 0.7A, the efficiency is as high as 97.5%, and when 12V is converted to 5V 1A, it also reaches 94%, unlike some peers whose efficiency is only 60-70%. (The efficiency test removes the voltage drop of the input reverse protection diode and fuse).
Adopt flat copper wire inductor to maximize conversion efficiency and reduce heat generation.
With output overvoltage protection function, input has 1.5A fuse, output 5V has 300W TVS tube for overvoltage clamp protection, protect USB devices.
Now peer USB modules do not have overvoltage protection function, which poses a great safety hazard to USB devices. If the module breaks down, 12V is directly added to your iPhone, can your iPhone still be spared?
