Thank you for shopping with us at Microscale.net. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and we have created this refund policy to assist you in case you need to return any electronic parts. Please take a moment to review our policy below.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your electronic part to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging (unopened). You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the sensitive nature of some of the products, any sign of tampering might render you ineligible for a return, as it might be difficult to determine if the items are still in good condition or not.

Also, customers are expected to use this policy in a reasonable manner, and the company reserves the right to deny this and other services to customers who take advantage of the policy to cause harm to the company.

Factory Defects

In the case of factory defects, we have an internal process for determining batches with factory defects, and refunds for such parts are subject to the results of our internal investigations, the details of which we are willing to share with you. If you believe your electronic part has a factory defect, please contact us immediately to initiate the investigation process.

To start a return, please contact us at rabi@microscale.net. Please note that returns must be sent to any of our stores or warehouses. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
