The Creality Falcon A1 Pro is a fully enclosed 20W diode laser engraver and cutter built for the home, classroom, and small workshop. The closed cabinet, Class 1 (FDA) laser-safety rating, built-in exhaust filter, and AI vision camera make it one of the safest and easiest desktop lasers to run — set a job from the touchscreen or the Falcon app and watch it live from the top camera.

What it engraves & cuts

  • Cut: basswood/plywood, bamboo, cardboard, leather, felt/fabric, dark/black acrylic, thin rubber.
  • Engrave: the above plus coated/anodised metals, slate, glass (marking), and most dark opaque plastics.
  • With the optional 2W IR module: bare metals — gold, silver, brass, aluminium, iron, stainless steel, titanium — and clear/dark plastics.

Good to know before you buy

  • This is a blue-diode laser. Like all blue-diode lasers it cannot cut clear or transparent acrylic (the beam passes straight through) — only dark/opaque acrylic cuts. Clear acrylic needs a CO&sub2; laser.
  • Bare-metal marking needs the optional 2W IR module; the 20W blue module marks only coated/painted metals, not raw metal.
  • Vent the exhaust to outside air (or add a fume purifier) when cutting plastics or MDF.
