The inside uses a 1000-ohm half-bridge strain gauge chip.
The measuring range is 50 kg. This is a half-bridge load cell structure.
When measuring, external force must be applied correctly on the outer side.
The strain beam part of the E-shaped sensor (the middle section with the white-covered strain gauge) and the outer side must form opposite directions of shear force.
In other words, the strain beam in the middle must be allowed to bend when force is applied.
The opposite side of the beam must not be blocked, otherwise bending cannot occur.
The sensor contains one set of half-bridge strain gauges. There are three ways to use it:
1. Use one sensor + external resistor to form a full-bridge measurement
Measurement range = range of one sensor = 50 kg
Requires a high-precision external resistor.
2. Use two sensors to form a full-bridge measurement
Measurement range = 50 kg × 2 = 100 kg
3. Use four sensors to form a full-bridge measurement
Measurement range = 50 kg × 4 = 200 kg
Weight: 0.018–0.019 kg per piece
